Hah sorry world that this post was kind of boring. It was more for myself then for y'all.

Its a Beautiful Day

Confession: this song is a guilty pleasure beyond all other guilty pleasures. Actually I don't even feel guilty when I listen to it. 

"Beautiful Day" by U2 literally makes me feel giddy. The anticipation in the intro and first verse leading up to the triumphant chorus. Lets be honest, I have a crush on Bono. Who doesn't? And it IS a beautiful day. It's in the 70's here, it's sunny and happy outside. I've done nothing productive this morning except for vacuum up the Christmas tree needles. I don't even consider this a chore though, to the contrary! It was a joy to use one of the vacuums here at home as opposed to the crappy ones in the dorm hall cleaning closet that do not suck literally but do suck figuratively. 

Today is a beeauutiful day! 

Oh that reminds me. Perhaps I should do a "it's been a beautiful year" summary blog post.
